FAQ Q1. Are you a manufacturer? What are your main products? Yes, we have our own manufactories and can offer high quality hometextile products at good price. Our company is specilized in design, production and sales of all kinds of hometextiles, including but not limited in bedding set, sheet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase, towel and all kinds of fabrics.
Q2. Where is GODOGODO? Is It possible to visit your factory? Our HQ is located in Beijing, and now we have 2 mills, one in Beijing and another one in Weifang, Shandong Province, which is the main textile production area in China. Your visit will be warmly welcomed.
Q3. What kind of informations should I provide to you for a RFQ? We can offer you the most exact and advantageous price if you offered us completed requirements, such as material, size, color, package, etc. If you are not sure about the details, you can send us picture of the fabric and tell me your target customer, then we can offered you the most suitable products.
Q4. How can I get some samples? We are honored to offer you samples. You should offer us the exact specification so that we can prepare the goods for you. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost and samples' fee, this charge will be detucted from the payment for formal order.
Q5. Can you make OEM or ODM service? Yes, We can accept both OEM and ODM. For OEM, you should offered us all the details and then we will arrange our factories to produce it. For ODM, we have our own TOP-CLASS designer team, whose members are graduated from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts and overseas.
Q6. Shipping method and shipping time? 1. Express, like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS, shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area. 2. Air Transport: about 7-12 days depends on port. 3. Sea Transportation: about 20-35 days. 4. Agent could be appointed by clients.
